GENERAL RENTAL TERMS AND INFORMATION FORM
Vehicle Rental Terms – 3RED TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
This agreement establishes that the Lessor, 3RED TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as “3RED”), has rented the vehicle defined on the front page of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “VEHICLE”) to the Lessee, whose name and address are specified. The Lessee declares, accepts, and undertakes to use the rented vehicle in accordance with the terms of the agreement (rental period, return time, return location, etc.) and to pay the rental fee on time and in full. By signing this agreement, the Lessee assumes full responsibility for the rented vehicle. The Lessee agrees in advance not to refuse to sign the Vehicle Delivery Forms (hereinafter referred to as the “Form”), which are integral parts of this agreement and are to be prepared during vehicle pickup and return. If the Form is not signed, the Lessee is deemed to have unconditionally accepted the content of the Form. If there is any objection to the content, it can only be raised via an expert assessment at the Lessee’s own expense, not by refusing to sign.
Article 1 – Accuracy of Lessee Information
The Lessee declares and guarantees that all documents and statements provided during the agreement process are true, and that no information that may affect the agreement has been withheld. The address declared by the Lessee in the agreement and its annexes is the official notification address. Unless the address is changed in writing and notified to 3RED, all notifications sent to this address will be considered delivered in accordance with Turkish Notification Law.
Article 2 – Vehicle Condition at Delivery
The Lessee confirms that they received the vehicle in good mechanical and body condition, as stated in the delivery Form. The Lessee agrees to pay all damages not indicated in the Form upon return of the vehicle.
Article 3 – Return of Vehicle and Accessories
The Lessee agrees to return the vehicle to the 3RED branch where it was picked up or to the location stated in the contract, along with all official documents, keys, and accessories. Failure to return documents or keys results in continued rental charges and replacement costs, all borne by the Lessee.
Article 4 – Responsibility During Use
The Lessee is fully responsible for the vehicle from the time of delivery. The vehicle must be used lawfully. The Lessee may not:
Violation of these terms makes the Lessee fully liable for any legal, administrative, or financial consequences.
Article 5 – Authorized Drivers
Only the Lessee and additional drivers listed in the agreement (minimum age 21, valid license for at least 2 years) may operate the vehicle. Otherwise, all insurances and coverages become void, and the Lessee bears all resulting liabilities.
Article 6 – Accidents and Theft
In case of an accident, theft, or damage, the Lessee must:

Article 7 – Mechanical or Technical Issues
The Lessee must immediately notify 3RED of mechanical issues, accidents, or flat tires. Continuing to drive without notification makes the Lessee responsible for all damages and liabilities.
Article 8 – Rental Fee and Additional Charges
The Lessee must pay the rental fee and all optional service fees at pickup. All subsequent charges (traffic fines, tolls, fuel differences, cleaning, late return, excess mileage, towing, etc.) will be charged to the Lessee’s credit card without prior notice. A 25% service fee applies to fuel differences, and a 7% fee applies to toll charges.
Article 9 – Deposit and Credit Card Authorization
A pre-authorization or deposit is taken via credit card according to vehicle group:

Article 11 – Usage Restrictions
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition with all equipment. Unauthorized drivers void insurance coverage. Misuse allows 3RED to retrieve the vehicle and charge all related costs to the Lessee.
Article 12 – Traffic Rules and Legal Compliance
The Lessee must obey Turkish traffic laws. Traffic fines and related costs after return are billed to the Lessee with an additional 500 TL service charge. Illegal activities or driving under the influence void insurance coverage.
Article 13 – Vehicle Return and Late Returns
The vehicle must be returned on time and at the correct location. Late returns incur hourly or daily charges. Unclean returns are subject to a minimum 500 TL cleaning fee.
Article 14 – Mileage Limits
Rental contracts include mileage limits. Exceeding limits incurs additional charges, e.g.,
Article 15 – Breakdown, Accidents, and Force Majeure
In non-fault accidents or mechanical failure, the Lessee may request a replacement vehicle. If unavailable, unused rental days are refunded. In case of fault, missing documents, or policy violations, no compensation applies.
Article 16 – Lessee’s Obligations in Case of Accident
The Lessee must notify 3RED within 2 hours and provide the following:
Missing documents void all coverages. False or misleading information results in contract termination and full liability.
Article 17 – Keys, Documents, and Equipment
All items are provided to the Lessee. Loss or damage results in a charge equal to the item’s value plus a 500 TL service fee. Loss of keys may require a full lock system replacement.
Article 18 – Contract Termination
3RED reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Lessee violates the terms (e.g., DUI, illegal use, late payment, misuse). The vehicle will be retrieved, and no refunds are provided.
Article 19 – Third-Party Liabilities
The Lessee is responsible for any damage or injury caused to third parties. All administrative penalties are the Lessee’s responsibility. Damages not covered by insurance will be paid by the Lessee.
Article 20 – Traffic Fines and Toll Violations
Fines, tolls, and similar penalties are charged to the Lessee with a 150 TL service fee, even if received post-rental. Notifications are sent by email.
Article 21 – Insurance and Exclusions
Vehicles are covered by compulsory traffic insurance and Rent A Car insurance. Coverage is void in cases of:
The Lessee may purchase additional coverage packages but is still liable for uncovered damages.
Article 22 – Fuel and Cleaning Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level. Fuel shortages incur a fuel charge + 20% service fee. Dirty or odorous vehicles (e.g., pets, smoking, food) will be charged a minimum 750 TL cleaning fee. Smoking in the vehicle results in a 1,000 TL penalty.
Article 23 – Additional Driver Terms
Only drivers listed in the contract may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized use voids insurance. Additional drivers must meet the same license/age requirements. Extra charges may apply.
Article 24 – International Use
Vehicles cannot be taken outside Turkey without written approval from 3RED. If the vehicle is taken abroad or abandoned, the Lessee accepts all resulting legal and financial responsibilities.
Article 25 – Customer Consent and Data Processing
The Lessee consents to the processing of personal data under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and to receiving communication from 3RED for marketing and informational purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Article 26 – Jurisdiction and Governing Law
All disputes arising from this agreement will be settled by Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices. Turkish Law shall apply.
Article 27 – Annexes and Signatures
This agreement consists of 27 articles and becomes effective upon signature by both parties. All annexes and protocols are considered part of this agreement.
Article 28 – Reservation Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Lessee may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a 30% deduction; the remainder is refunded. All cancellations must be submitted via written or digital platforms and confirmed by 3RED. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on the bank.
