Is There a Driver's License and Age Limitation?

Drivers renting in economy group vehicles must be at least 21 years old and have a 2-year driver's license. For middle-class vehicles, 24 years old and 3 years old driver's license; for upper-class vehicles, 26 years old and 4 years old driver's license; for premium vehicles, 27 years old and 5 years old driver's license is required. Only one additional driver can be assigned for each vehicle.

Will the reserved vehicle be delivered as the same model?

Our vehicles may have been transferred out of town or due to previous rental or maintenance situations. In such cases, an equivalent vehicle that meets the criteria you have selected will be provided. Fuel type guarantee cannot be given for equivalent vehicles. If there is a downward difference in the vehicle price, you will be refunded, and if there is an upward difference, no additional fee will be charged.

How to Get Additional Assurance Packages?

You can add our additional insurance packages during online reservation or via our call center. If you forgot to add, you can also purchase additional insurance packages at our offices at current prices.

What Should I Do In Case of an Accident?

In case of an accident, you can first get support by calling our 7/24 Roadside Assistance line at 444 4 503. After the accident, you must take at least two photos showing the license plate without changing the location of the vehicle. In one-way accidents or if damage occurs while parked, a report must be requested from the police or gendarmerie. In accidents involving more than one vehicle, photographs of all vehicle registrations, insurance policies and driver's licenses must be taken, and the accident report must be filled out completely and submitted with a wet signature. In cases where a police or gendarmerie report is required, insurance will not cover the damage without these documents. The reports must include a stamp and personnel registration number.

What are the Payment Methods?

For car rentals, payment can only be made with a credit card issued to the driver's name and bearing his/her name and surname. Bank card, EFT, money order or cash payment options are not accepted.

When is the deposit refunded?

The deposit amount is transferred to your bank by us within 7 business days at the latest after the refund process has started. Your bank reflects this amount to your account within 3 business days at the latest according to its own procedures. These periods may vary depending on the bank's processes.

How to Make a Findeks Inquiry?

Findeks control is only carried out face to face in our offices for security reasons. After completing your reservation, you can go to any of our offices and have your Findeks score checked. Your 5-year bank history is evaluated; if the system gives positive approval, the vehicle is delivered. In case of rejection, your reservation is canceled and your payment is refunded within 3 business days.

Is There a Mileage Limit on Vehicles?

For economy and upper segment vehicles, a daily limit of 400 km for up to 10 days and a total of 4,000 km limit is applied for rentals longer than 10 days. For premium vehicles, this limit is determined as 300 km per day for up to 10 days and 3,000 km for rentals longer than 10 days.

Is there a one-way fee between offices?

If the rented vehicle is returned to an office outside the city where it was picked up, a one-way fee will be charged and this amount will be collected at the time of booking. No additional fee will be charged for delivery to a different office in the same city.

How Can I Extend My Vehicle Return Date?

If you wish to extend your car rental, you can call our hotline at 444 4 503 or our offices after you pick up the car and extend it based on the current price of the car on that date.

What Happens If I Skip the 1-Hour Option When Returning My Vehicle?

The rental period is at least 24 hours. If you exceed the 1 hour delay option, the current one-day rental fee of the vehicle will be charged. For shorter rentals, a minimum of 1 day fee will be charged. The rental fee is paid at the beginning of the rental.

How Can I Cancel My Reservation?

Reservations cannot be changed in date, time, vehicle or location. In order to make a change, the existing reservation must be cancelled and a new reservation must be created. For free cancellation, you must contact our customer service at 444 4 503 at least 24 hours before the start of the reservation. In case of cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, if you do not pick up the vehicle or if you pass the start time, the reservation will be cancelled with a fee and a penalty of one day's rental fee will be applied.

In what cases is a detailed cleaning fee charged?

In cases where detailed cleaning is required, such as cigarette burns, tears, stains on the vehicle interior upholstery and accessories; in cases where damage occurs to parts such as tires and rims; and in cases of malfunctions/illnesses caused by fuel, all repair and cleaning costs are the responsibility of the renter.

Can I Rent with an Old Type Driving License?

You must have your driver's license with you physically. Old or new type driver's licenses are accepted as long as they are undamaged. For driver's licenses with chips, it is mandatory to present the driver's license via e-Government.

What Happens If I Buy a Full Tank and Return it Incomplete?

If you receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it with an incomplete tank, a service fee of 25% of this amount will be charged in addition to the missing fuel cost.

What is an Eyewitness Report and in What Situations is it Considered Invalid?

The eyewitness report is different from the accident report and the incident is recorded in the report by the law enforcement officers according to the tenant's statement. However, if the traffic teams are not called at the scene of the accident and a 'Traffic Accident with Material Damage Report' is not prepared; if there is suspicion that the incident occurred in a different place, if there is not enough trace and sign, or if the report does not include the necessary stamp and registration number, these reports are deemed invalid.
